@ Sandra.. about the "julmust" thing..i just realised that we were thinking of two different brews.. :D

That recepie you found is for "glögg" (?) a warm brew with different spices and sometimes contains alcohol, almost like wine.. (tastes really good btw), and the "julmust" is a very dark sparkling brew almost like beer, just nonalcoholic..

i think "glögg" is something we call here in germany "glühwein"... ?(
