Dear members of the GCA,

This year is a glorious year for the entire community.
Some lucky GC will have the chance to go to Amphi from very long distances all over the globe.

I know, maybe for the not so lucky ones, we have been a little mono-thematic lately, and maybe you feel like we have set you aside.

Hope the lucky ones will agree, some of us may never have the chance to get there again, and we had felt the pain of being a GC in the past.
And now we have a mission: to raise with honor the GCA flag for those who couldn´t make it.
We will take your thirst with us and have as many beers as you would, we´ll have a great time, but also, as we want to take you there as close as we can, we promise we´ll provide tons of good pictures and even better stories.

We´ll bring the Amphi to the door of every GC around the galaxy.

Dear friends of the GCA,

After a very intense week, we can say our crusade was a big success. There are lots of pictures to be shared and lots of stories to be told, and of course, german bunnys for everyone.

In the name of the athorities of this asociation, I would like to thank all forum members for being so kind and charming with us, and we promise now we will do everything that we can to join you again next year.

And of course, Thank you Covenant! :D

Ilex and I will prepare a review for those who were not there, but it will take a while to be published, since I won't be home until first week of august. And same about the pictures.

Today, GCA VP, that is me, arrived to Amsterdam, in a huge effort to exted GCA's arms around the globe.
Maybe will see some of you next week in Berlin :)

The VP of NORAM is back home, exhausted, exhausted, exhausted. The flight home was a nightmare- we spent 4 hours on the runway not going anywhere because of the weather- a thunder and lightning storm- and we had 16 total planes also surrounding us to get home as well. Not to mention that 10 minutes before boarding they changed the gate, as some brainiac finally realised US Airways (yes I'm calling you out, US Airways, screw you!) was trying to board 2 separate flights from the same gate at almost the same time.

And, I also hurt my foot but not nearly as badly as J or G. So we're in a tripod of foot pain. Heh heh.

As Panda said, she is still continuing her journey and I am trying to get settled back in at home with limited success so far for varying reasons. When she gets home, she and I will coordinate our review of the trip (as we spent much time together) and post it under both of our names.

Exquisite Corpse-style, so you can't tell who wrote what.

Back to life in Dallas. Yes, Niggels, please feel free to join the GCA. It is open to everyone, for any reason. We miss all of you too (I can speak for Panda here), and wish we would have had more time to just hang out and have fun. My trip at least, was way too short on time.

I thought about you a lot when I was there- being it was too crowded to check out the merch booths. I wanted to do at least that and for a friend here in Dallas, but Amphi sold out and I was either lost half the time or on sensory overload the other half of the time. So I never made to to the merch booths. I sure as hell made it to the beach club many times, to decompress...

We have great news.
As life is a bitch and I have super powers, GCA president for North America and me have decided that I should become and Evil Genius. That means we are one step closer to world domination.
And as you all know, this sort of things are very time consuming. Plus my imaginary dog eat my confidential reports, that´s why we still owe you Amphi reviews and mustache pictures.

Yes, indeed, we are proud to announce that LoLePand is indeed our Evil Genius. I however, have opted myself as the Mad Scientist who supplies the Evil Genius with the resources necessary to carry out our diabolical schemes in opera houses and bouncy inflatable trampolines all over the world.
