Kopfzeile:
discography

Babel:
find out if i'm a demon
and dance among the shadows
feel safe without regrets

Und: da fehlt ne Strophe, oder? Die mit "burn my hate and fury", "nothing still remains" und "peaceful minds" - ich krieg's gerade nicht zusammen *g*

To burn my hate and fury
Until nothing still remains
But pure thoughts of peaceful minds"

That's impressive work! If you want to make sure it's all correct, go to www.covenant.se and check the MEDIA section. In the discography all published lyrics can be read. Just click the album and the little "page" icon next to each song.

The lyrics that can't be found there, except the Brave New World single that seems to have run off somewhere ?( , have not been released to the public for various reasons.

It's a great idea with a downloadable file like this! Now all we need is a laptop with wi-fi and Eskil won't mess the words up ever again. ;)

Oh yes, let's make fun of the man when he's not here. :P

No, seriously. I think this file is a great idea, but I was thinking each song should be credited to the specific person who made the lyrics and music, like the official site does.

And I believe these are the lyrics to Painamplifier:

he's the one
he has come
he will fight
he's gonna reign

At least, that's what every lyric site I've searched tells me...

Well, to be quite honest I'm actually deeply in awe of Eskil for being able to remember as much as he does. We do change the setlist often, more or less every night, and I usually haven't got the faintest idea of what the lyrics are. I have a way of writing that is mnemonically challenging, to say the least.

So with or without wifi and Shadowbyte's heroic effort - he's got my respect.

I feel very sorry for not understanding you. Which lyrics do you mean?
Do you mean, the lyrics have not been relaesed in the "short mix" for some reasons? I'm a bit confused because because I can read an hear them at covenant.se. ;) Btw: nice comment on the lyrics on your site! :D I love this song and i love the lyrics! :)

I mean the songs that does not have any lyrics in Shadowbyte's book. Like XRDS and Relief, for example. The "Babel" lyrics (and all others I hope) on our site are correct.

I would appreciate to read these lyrics anyhow. ;) I'm sure some others would too...

Well, 'Relief' sounds like parts of 'The World Is Growing Loud', just set to different music...

My opinion is that the moments that aren't planned are what make live shows great, including a missed word (or eight). :D
