I really loved the Covenant show at the Mera Luna this weekend! It
was great to hear Wind Of The North live finally, although the guys
seemed to have a lot of technical problems during this song in
particular. Nevertheless, a very nice surprise for all die-hard fans.
That´s why we try to see as many Covenant shows as possible, right?
They always throw in something extra or different! If I remember
correctly all songs they performed at the Mera Luna were slightly
different to the album versions and previous live versions
respectively. Dead Stars had a very cool and pretty noisy middle part
- loved that! There were a few minor flaws like the technical problems
or that might have thrown in one of the crowd pleasers a bit earlier
in the set. The audience was a bit lame at the beginning which is no
big surprise as most people were hanging out in the hot sun for two or
three days, which can be pretty exhausting. But the crowd was rocking
hard during the second half of the show!
The new song was excellent and was working immediately. A great beat
that got people going from the start! Guess this song will become a
live favourite and as far as I can tell it would be very much
single-worthy. Let´s wait and see what Eskil, Clas & Joakim have in
store for us in the near future...

You really compose a full colour/feeling image to us, all non-North Europeans, who don't get the chance to attend so many concerts.

...and now ....:cry:...... .hiihhi...".Wind of the north"??????????????????????????????????......why on earth I was not there????.......I could dance to die..:sch:ihihii.....but Im here on the "island"...its ok ....I ll get over it..klaps sniff......I can imagine the new beatty song is wonderfull....I cant wait to hear it!
Anyway....lets hope that I/we will manage to see a covenant live soon enough...before the"lack syndromes" knock at our eastern europe doors..hahahha....
